Greg Patterson is Papa roach's "media-man". He knew Papa Roach for a long time - they met in April of 1993 at a party they played. They all got along well and most of them had weird situations at home.

Greg and Jacoby also got their first apartment together and, according to Greg, "we fell flat on our faces together. The song 'Snakes' (from Infest) is about our first apartment and our roommate taking our money and leaving us homeless."
